We IWA members want our wedding fair to show you our great local wedding professionals, but we also know that our greatest asset in helping you plan your wedding is our time! That’s why we have a laid-back atmosphere to encourage conversation, and we also provide a series of wedding workshops to help you plan your wedding smarter, better, and more beautifully by sharing hands-on tools, tips, and secrets.
Clear demonstrations and laid-back Q&A make these educational sessions the secret weapon in your wedding-planning.

The Couture Wedding Dress Experience
Join Joy Teiken of Joynoëlle as she describes and demonstrates the process of having a custom dress crafted.
Wedding Venue 101
Join Gretchen of Rocket Science Weddings & Events as she explains the “how to” of finding a great wedding venue. Discussion will include what to look for in a wedding venue, common pitfalls to avoid, and favorite local venues.
Wedding Flowers Your Way
Sarah from Sassafras Floral + Garden will lead a hands-on introduction to wedding flowers.
Ask your Photographer Panel
Three local wedding photographers and renowned makeup artist Brett Dorrian join this panel to answer questions about finding and choosing a photographer, looking great in your photos, and making your photography experience flawless.

Our expert wedding pros join forces to give you tips and answers to all your wedding questions, from wedding planning to transportation. Bring your questions and your pen and paper!
